When you talk of pixel size it sounds like you are referring to a graphic. Remember PIXresizer to significantly reduce any picture ... doesn't lose quality and it's free. http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm A 13 MB podcast should be stored on a server somewhere - check to see if your site filters it first ... you then link to the URL (address) IE in the editor for posts and pages there is a media icon, click that and past the link in.
