Computer Club

A computer club is soon to start in the Resource Centre during lunch time on a day yet to be decided. Please see Daniel from year 5 about registering your interest. Ms T is the Chairperson and Daniel is the captain. You will have the use of all the computers and the technical expertise of Daniel at hand. Staff are also welcome to join in on the learning.

Daniel will also be bringing in some computer components to show you how to build a computer-exciting stuff!

Nick will also assist in technical expertise and is very good a solving problems when downloading programs or getting tricky programs to work!

Today there was a lot of activity on the blog with comments being posted-great work to those who had a go!
Daniel has about 64 people already that are intersted in the computer club! This raises a bit of a dillema-how can we fit that many people into the resource centre-we could have 2 groups-maybe one on a different day. We will keep you posted on that one. Ms T :-)

Hi computer club enthusiasts-after the staff meeting we are not sure about the Wednesday time slot as the year 7’s would miss out as they will be at SABCO so we will most likely have to change the day. Maybe Daniel you need to talk to Mrs Q and then to the classrooms about it-convenient day etc and a description of what it will be about.

What’s the tool kit and the stick for?

:-) Ms T
