History Club
Currently Year 5-7 are studying Ancient Egypt and we are discovering some great things. It is a bit spooky at times however the Egyptians invented many things we take for granted like paper, construction techniques, use of herbs for medicine and cosmetics and much, much more
We all have done lots of geography, Power Point Presentations and Art to do with Egypt.
Please have a look at some of the Year 5’s PPP.
The year 5’s have created some scanned student art work that you can open and print out to colour in.
Please send in a post to express interest in other periods of history or discoveries that you have made about our current studies of Ancient Egypt.
Next week we will be doing archaeology digs in the classroom so soon there will be pictures of that to view.
Egyptian Trade Task
Today Daniel and his Mum brought in an ancient Egyptian feast-apparently their kitchen is in a mess but what they brought was yummy! The sheet-recipes that went with it is on this page. I particularly loved the Tiger Nut Sweets Thanks Daniel and his Mum-E for Excellent for your assessment.
